Keep well, Hammer family, and we'll see you soon...all the best to you all from the North!

You really should consider that book, you know...even one written from Marvin's perspective...or a cookbook...just a thought.

These are the reasons I don't go to the movies. When I do, I prefer the drive-in where I can hide in my truck! And you're right, they should play this before every movie!

Thanks for the laugh!

One nice thing about Vegas is that there's so much else to do, that the movie theaters are never crowded. But before I moved here, people behaving like assholes is why I preferred to wait for the movie to come out on DVD.

LOL I am in tears. I once waited long after a movie was out just so I could go see it in an empty theatre because people in theatres annoy me. There was hardly anyone there but several kids in the back rows a few behind us were laughing and talking loudly from the start of the movie. I lost it and yelled at them to shut the fuck up and they moved to the very front end of the theatre. THEY SHOULD PLAY THIS BEFORE EVERY MOVIE.

NO KIDDING!

I don't even go to movies anymore because our theaters are routinely filled with people who can't shut the f-ck up and hang up their cell phones!

We got to the movies alot and have seen/heard it all.... people chatting all the way thru, babies, children wayyyy toooo young for certain flicks, crinkly candy wrappers, cell phones, ETC. and it never fails that even if we are in a fairly uncrowded theater, the 2 or 3 other people in there are directly behind us and feel the need to kick the seats OR hold on to the back of one of our chairs while getting up.
YES, play this clip before all movies!

That was too funny! And the sad thing is, the song was better than some of the crap that passes as rock music on the radio these days!

it would be funnier if it wasn't so needed...

I understand perfectly. There's just one teensie tiny little thing that you left out that you might just be able to translate for me?

Why at the end of the film do lots of people applaud? Sometimes they stand up and hoot and clap at the big white screen where there are no human beings their to receive their adulation.

If they turned around and applauded the camera operator behind the scenes for getting the right volume of sound and no hic-cups in the screening,....now that I could understand.
Cheers
