A mother is appealing for women to have sex with her adopted Down syndrome son. Lucy Baxter, of Abingdon, Oxfordshire in southern England, says she will even pay for a prostitute so he can lose his virginity.
The mother has now set up a Web page for her son, Otto, appealing for potential dates to come forward.
Baxter has three other adopted sons with Down syndrome and works with Mencap, the U.K.'s leading charity for people with disabilities.
"I'd like all my boys to find love and enjoy sex," she said. "I always look at what other people are doing and why shouldn't they do the same things?
Honestly folks, I feel bad for the kid, but when your mom is picking out your play date it just strikes me as weird and creepy. Plus maybe she doesn't realize that once Otto gets a taste of the errrm...goods he will want more and more.
Is Mrs Baxter going to have to call "Acme Escorts"whenever her son having horny time? What about all the skeezy hookers parading through her house?
I mean..come on I don't think she thought this through. Just buy the kid one of those inflatable suckee suzee dolls and tell him to have at it.
Or am I just being mean?

My SIL works with the mentally handicapped - back when she was working in an institution, she said not being allowed to sterilize the inmates was insane - they figured out what to do with what God gave them and some of them were at it all the time. The girls would get pregnant etc.
I think this woman should not have taken Forrest Gump to heart.
She adopts disabled children and then wants to find "partners" for them. Wow. I am also assuming that she received some sort of financial kickback from the government for taking in mentally disabled kids too so this woman is pretty much the most bizarre person for today.

I think there are some things that should not be taught to some people.
Some people just shouldnt be parents and this lady seems like one of them. i agree with Hammer as what happens if he decides he wants more and the person with him is done or what nots. and there is a rape in the picture because he doesnt understand enough is enough..

What makes me think that massive government underwriting is involved in this? And why do I keep thinking of Lenny in the story Grapes of Wrath? I've worked in places that had Downs people with job coaches and life trainers nearby, and they get mean, can be assholes just like 100+ I.Q. people, and are strong to boot. They even have a procedure called m.a.t. training to bring down the brutes when they go on a rampage.

Mama would never have done that - it's more like "Mask" - Rocky and Rusty Dennis. She did hire him a hooker; but at least he understood what was going on.
Now tell me why this woman named him Otto? That's just cruel to inflict even on a normal kid. And I know; my dad is named Otto. It's like a big setup.
