Something a little different.
I was reading blogs and news items last night and I started thinking about the people that piss me off. Whether it be foul anti-American rhetoric, spreading messages of hate, poorly conceived political stances or just plain old fashioned vanity and stupidity.
I decided to make a video highlighting these idiots. You may or may not agree with who I chose. I'm cool with that.

Because I have such a great sense of humor I will give you a C+ on this one. LOL You know that a left leaning Libertarian hiding out temporarily as a Democrat 'til something better nearer the middle comes along can't give you more than that. LOL
Some of them on the list were absolutely right on though!!! But Bill Maher... I think I love him. LOL Shhh, don't tell hubby.

That had me laughing all the way through! I have to agree with most of your choices. Especially LOVED the less-than-flattering picture of Rosie O'Donnell.
I agree with many, but not all. Carrot Top deserves a break.

Thanks for expressing my angst better than I could have myself. That was absolutely perfect. I was a little worried as I did not see Bill until near the very end, and then the picture with Arafat and the HOLE family was perfect. This was eerily scary. Are we long lost brothers? We definitely share a lot of the same political and social values. Except the veggie burgers:-)!
Didn't you start with Window's Movie Maker in the beginning?
Do you still use that or have you graduated to a better program. I want to do some vids- (Not to post) just to add some music or narration to some of my avi files of my Kittens etc. Any suggestions since I don't have hours to play with it? Any good sites.

I'm pretty much of a moderate -most of the time but with a trace of liberal democrat leanings that pop out now and again as well as some conservative notions that scare the living daylights out of me when they show up in my thoughts! But, this video -hey, I may not agree 100 percent with your choices but I can follow your theory on all of em whether I agree or not. Good job.

The Williams-Sonoma cinnamon bun mix, and their almond cake, lemon cake, chocolate cake, vanilla cake (and frankly any other of their bundt cake mixes) are amazing and easy to do.
Some of them aren't available on the website, but if you call the store, they have them in stock, or can get them.
It IS a good way to start baking, you are right.
(I don't like their bread mixes though)
(p.s. Yeast when mixed with water should be at a temperature of 90 degrees. 80 might be a bit too cool, and 100 is too warm.)
I'd also recommend the Cook's Illustrated' website - they have an incredible recipe for banana bread, and their recipes are pretty foolproof. Their blueberry muffins are pretty good as well.
They have all sorts of explanations for what works and what doesn't and why, which is very helpful.
You might also really like 'The Pioneer Woman Cooks' website - she has pictures every step of the way with her directions, and that makes it a no-brainer.
Her apple dumplings are beyond drool-worthy fabulous :)
Enjoy - the kids will go crazy and you might be in the kicthen ALL the time because they keep saying, 'Daddy please will you make THAT again' ?
