It's fixed

I have to give kudos to blogger. They fixed my problem at 9pm. I was seconds away from moving to wordpress. They weren't instilling much confidence with their lack of communication skills.

I'm kind of glad I didn't move because the functionality is not up to the standards I'm used to.

Anyway, I'll start posting again tomorrow.

Night all.

Abandoning this blog would have been the ultimate bummer, so I'm glad the bastards came through. Keep posting!

Glad they fixed your comment problem. I thought something was wrong on my end last night when I tried to comment repeatedly on your music post and couldn't.

BTW, what's a Miami blogger have to do to earn his way onto your blogroll? I'd consider it an honor.

joceyln: thanks I'm crossing my fingers and hoping the fix holds.

James burnett: Thank you for bringing that to my attention. I'm not sure what happened but it is fixed. I'm glad to have you on the blogroll. I'd like to hear your thoughts on the music post, blogger crapped out right in the middle of it.

Ha, ha, ha.

Don't worry, they will screw things up again soon.

Moving your blog would be no big deal, everyone will follow.

And you can leave your old one here, not that anyone ever has the time to go back to read old stuff.

It's a tough decision to fully abandon the Blogger environment for Wordpress. They are quite different and offer different products. I finally was fed up when posting pictures was taking ten minutes and sometimes only ended with timeouts and "we're sorry" bubbles. The last straw was beta. I found it to be absolutely unacceptable, even though I continue to use it as a dumping grounds for some of my pictures. Glad they finally got things straight. bbc is right...it won't last long.
