I don't give a fuck about the king of ped. He was a despicable predator with grotesque perversions.
The country has taken the off ramp into hell and no one seems to give a shit. It's like the majority is under mass hypnosis. Fucking scary.
There was a guy selling the local paper this morning.. for two bucks you get something the size of a matchbook..except matchbooks usually conatain something useful.
I've noticed that cops are really hitting the streets hard and emptying their ticket books. On my recent trip there was a car pulled over about every mile and a half between my house and Fort Worth ...about 250 miles. DPS, Sherrifs, County, Local and Ciy cops plus the myriad of sub-organizations are out in force so be careful and keep to the speed limit. It's all about the revenue you know.
My son has hit a developmental threshhold. When he sees something that needs doing he just does it without me asking him. Taking out the trash, sweeping the floor, mowing the lawn etc.. I don't know what happened but I'm not complaining. I figured I was going to have to drag him through his chores until adulthood. I guess if this keeps up I'll have to raise his allowance.

MJ was abnormal for sure. His music did shape the world however. But in the end, I do agree with you that he was a freak of nature and his behavior was inexcusable.
My wife must have been one of the ones you saw pulled over. I have to figure out a way to pay this ticket.
Count your blessing regarding your son. If he is taking this on his own, its a good developmental step.

Jackson was odd and broken...but I really don't believe that there was any pedophilia...or and damage to the children who visited Neverland...
If your son knows how you feel...he will keep up the good behavior...it is all about the revenue...smile.
I'm havin to watch the Weather Channel,to get radar updates for our area,cause every time I try to get a local report,I'm ambushed by a tribute to MJ,yes it seems we've gone to hell in a hand basket.Same down here on the tickets,soon as the touristos left,they've been out in force,filling those empty coffers.Yeah,give your son a raise,a little reward for a job well done,it will help build a work ethic,and probably make both of you feel better.

Yep, up here in DFW the radar traps have multiplied by at least three times. Even my little town by the airport has gone apeshit with the games and they have no budget problems.

I have to agree with you on the demise of the Prince of Perv. Even this morning, every news station I turned to was rattling on about him. Meanwhile, the catastrophic "cap and trade" energy bill moves forward. And nobody seems to care, or even be aware of it.
Can I get your son to come to my house. My kids haven't figured that one out yet. I am constantly having to tell them what needs to be done....
Tour son will grow out of it, or leave home. either way it is a hiatus so make the most of it while you can.

Moral compasses must have been chucked out along with the other type when GPS hit the stores.
It's a big milestone when your kid reaches the point of being responsible without having to be reminded. And not all kids figure it out as well as others. You got lucky! Give the kid a raise!

Well, I'm glad I'm not the only one who thinks the cops have tossed most of the job in favor of "revenue enhancement". Bastards.
And yea, I have yet to hit that faze. Still tend to let things pile up till they reach critical mass.
