Look in the mirror..you're now an extremist.

The farce that is our dept of homeland security led by Janet Napolitano released another report on extremist groups that need close scrutiny. Then they said "oops! Nobody was supposed to see that" and they pulled the report for fear of another backlash after the last one that targeted veterans.

Too late..the cat is out of the bag.

Note: All these groups on the report had the words "virulent extremist" tacked on to make them seem more dangerous and deserving of fear and ridicule.

Here is a partial list, Remember, the following groups are lumped with domestic terrorists, skinheads, neo nazis and other hate groups.

You will also notice that nowhere on the list will you see the words "Muslim extremist" "Islamic fanatic" Or any reference to Radical Islamists.

The following are dangerous groups that need to be closely monitored due to their threat to homeland security:

  • Members of message boards that interpret of events and issues that differ radically from those presented in mass media products and outlets

A movement of groups or individuals who are
    virulently anti abortion

    "alternative media" -- (bloggers)

A movement of groups or individuals who are
vehemently opposed to illegal immigration, particularly along
the U.S. southwest border with Mexico

Patriot movement: A term used by right wing extremists to link their beliefs to those commonly associated with the American Revolution.

Groups or individuals who vehemently believe taxes violate their constitutional rights

A movement of groups or individuals opposed to
    technology.

An organized collection of violent anarchists and
    anarchist affinity groups

    Christian Identity

    Cuban independence activists

    denial-of-service (Hackers)
    and hacktivism

Lawful or unlawful acts of civil disobedience (protesters)

    ethnic-based groups

    Jewish extremism

    leaderless resistance

    militias

    Puerto Rican independence groups

    right wing extremism

single-issue groups (AKA gun rights advocates)

    sovereign citizen movement

    antiwar extremism

Look in the mirror. You just might be a dangerous radical extremist.

I guess I might as well join the JDL and the JPFO now...

Not published by accident. Withdrawn with purpose. Key words and incitement within the document placed as "tracer" elements for their search engines to track "extremist" entities.

Bwahhahaahaha! I crack myself up. You know, if you can imagine it, it seems they really are doing it. I miss my country.

The way your government behaves, it's like all the conspiracy theorists are right afterall. The government is paranoid making the population paranoid. Information/propaganda is very carefully released and monitored and spun. Lack of equality of care in education and medicine facilitates the control. For all the external controls of our government, they don't seem to play these games with quite the same seriousness here.

The government is paranoid making the population paranoid.Slight correction, Jeannie, with all due respect.

"Paranoia" implies that one';s fears are unfounded and delusional.

The government is stealing our money with impunity at this point and giving it to people who don't deserve it in a bid to turn this country into a socialist state and the public is PISSED, not paranoid.

well, it looks like just about everyone who has a strong opinion about something is on the list. Nobody should be surprised-I'm sure every single one of us is on some list or another. It's what people will do with such lists that worries me.

Wow, talk about broad sweeping generalization in many of those categories.
Good gawd, I can't believe people like these actually can say ludicrous things like this and remain in office.
This new administration worries me something awful.
I am surprised they didn't lump NRA members in there..or I suppose that broad group of Militias includes them right.

If questioning why our tax money is being pissed away,to help crooked corps.,low life oxygen thieves, and all the pork laden projects of every pompous ass member of congress, then Yeah,I'm a radical, extremist SOB,and damn proud of it.

And we KNOW who started this slippery slope of governmental extremism, don't we?

If you supported GW Bush and voted for his second term, YOU ARE.

If you bought into the neocon agenda you have more egg on your face than your mirrors can contain...

If 9-11 frightened and angered you into accepting what you were told about Iraq, you are part of the problem.

If you accepted without protest the formation of Homeland Security and went along with the Patriot Act, you cannot hide from your complicity.

If you did not humble yourself and your place on the planet, and you thought the US was so awesome it could kick everybody's arses with the might of its government, you are marked in backwards writing across your furrowed forehead with words like "sucker"...

The federal government behaves the way it does, because one party or the other at any given time allows it to.

So yeah, go look in a mirror...

It seems a "Domestic Extremist Group" is alive and well, within the Department of Homeland Security writing up such "reports".

Heck, I'm just a law abiding redneck. Never hurt anyone. She will be hearing from the Hillbilly Anti Defamation League very soon, I promise.

Were drug cartels on the list? I'm sure they must have been ... must have missed it because I am always drunked up on corn liquor.

Deadman: I sent em money and I'm not even Jewish.

Joan: yeah me too.

Jeannie: The people that have been screaming this from the rooftops and called kooks are proved right.

Deadman: Pissed fearful and vindicated for being accused of paranoia.

Janet: me too.

MTB Laura: I think the one issue activists are gun owners.

My point: I'm afraid I am too.

Diller: Same here. I guess thinking is considered dangerous.

Nanc: very good company.

Scott: I've spoke out against the patriot act and all these spy/homeland security programs since their inception I wrote my congressmen, voted libertarian when they refused to back me up etc..Both Demos and republicans love the power this gives them and now it's time for them all to lose their jobs.

Jihad Gene: The monkeys are running the circus.

James A. Zachary Jr: there were all kinds of "white organizations" on that list..I guess rednecks are assumed to be lumped in with them.
I should demand we have our own subcatagory.

Dan O they also said legal protesting is dangerous and extremist...no there is no logic only the gestapo's list.

Old solider: that sums it up nicely.

(U) alternative media (U//FOUO) A term used to describe various information
sources that provide a forum for interpretations of events and
issues that differ radically from those presented in mass
media products and outlets.

So basically everyone should think the same like Stepford Wives, no free thinkers allowed. Hmmm..couple things come to mind, like Galileo, oh and yeah...isn't this the way Hitler brainwashed his people not to think freely....just to name a few. Since this worked so well in the past, we should totally re-adopt this line of reasoning.

"Jewish extremism" - is that a Jew who actually practices and believes his religion, instead of all the secular ones out there who are just Jewish by birth?

"A movement of groups or individuals who are virulently anti abortion" - I knew being Catholic would get dicey eventually; the Left has had us in their sights for years.

"Cuban independence activists" - because they vote GOP 99% of the time.

"ethnic-based groups" - like the NAACP? Sons of Italy, Croatian Fraternal Union, Sons of
Erin, Polish Roman Catholic Union of America, you're all going down, terrorists! Damn 80 year olds, playing bingo in the basement, Napolitano's on to you!

"Lawful or unlawful acts of civil disobedience (protesters)" - so if truckers got together and agreed to actually drive the speed limit once it's restored to 55, like they did when Nixon started 55 and they jammed the highways, they're now terrorists?

Heck, if he was so hot to get terrorists, he can start with the one he's pal'ed around with for years, that Billy Ayers guy.

The failure to include Muslim extremists in the list can mean only one thing. That the Muslim extremists have already infiltrated the government.

I fall into a couple of categories there but fortunately I'm an individual rather than a group and in any case the mirror is far too grubby at the moment to make a check.
