Just got back
I took a chance and gave up some anonymity this weekend.
I went to a blog meet in Kerrville Texas and got to meet a few of the folks I've been talking to over the last several months.
Nice folks, all of them. We had beer, Mexican food a couple of guitar pickers and lots of good banter.
I'll post a couple of pics once I figure out how to get them out of my phone

You were lucky , having met some of the dreadful bloggers this side of the pond , well Frobisher should be locked up, Mr C should come with a health warning and Mr Mutley is just plain rude thats if you can get close to him (he has an entourage).
I of course am very nice , sophisticated , urbane , witty ,handsome and rich......of course I may be a little baised :-)
Wow!!! That's cool!! Sounds like a great weekend!! (Especially if you have to recuperate!!) Think I'd find it hard to make it to a blog meet - bit far to travel ;)
I came thisclose to making the trip to Kerrville, but unfortunately it was too long a drive. If they have one not so far west next year, I'm definitely coming.

A few of us northern bloggers have discussed a blog meet. We WILL do it someday!
I wish I could have made it. I had planned it for weeks and then at the last minute everything came apart.

Maybe we can organize a San Antonio get together I know there is at least 4 of us.
