This was my first time hearing it and once I got past the people passing in front of the singer (so rudely), I was able to concentrate and really enjoy it. He sings with a lot of passion.

Hammer, I'd neither heard nor heard of Hal Ketchum before.

The delicious sounding guitar hooked me in, I'm a guitar freak after all, but his voice! Wow, he has a beautiful voice. And then the lyrics started hitting me.

If I had a dollar for every time I felt that way on any given day, just couldn't wait to get home to my wife and kids, I'd be a very rich man.

Thanks, I'm going to have to investigate more of his music. This song pierced my soul. No lie.

Hammer,
I'm a big Hal Ketchum fan. I saw him live in Tulsa once. He's great to see live.

Thanks for the video!
