That magazine is definately backwards bro...
Yep, I wonder what she think she's going to do with that rifle.
There can't be a round chambered.
Makes me wonder if there is any training in that department.
I'm sure the folks in that town feel safe as can be after seeing that twit. What's with her right elbow cocked out at such an unnatural angle? Is that what they teach cops now?
She also needs to bring her cheek down on the stock a bit, those sights aren't just for decoration - only John Wayne had the hutzpa to shoot from the hip. Might not hurt to lower the elbow a bit and very poor use of cover.
Im no expert on ammunitions or guns but it looks like she would hit her target better if she was using a cross bow
The picture isn't clear enough for me to see the clip. But isn't a helmet part of riot gear issue?

ok, I've finally managed to focus on the weapon and see a 30 round clip inserted backward. I don't even understand how it could have engaged to stay in.

Here's an idea. You know how folks will tape two clips together? Maybe she taped the clip nearest the camera backwards, using see-through packing tape, trying to facilitate a quick turn over when the first clip is empty... and we can't see it because of the way the picture was taken.
Ether that or she's a COMPLETE idiot.
And it's Marble Falls. Nice place, really.

Ham - being a resident of Burnet County i can vouch that the police dept and criminal justice system here is atrocious.
Fathairy- If the clips were taped together, you would be able to see the other one as the direction of the arcs would be opposite. Your theory would apply if they were standard straight clips where they would look the same in either direction. This is a photograph of a soon to be dead cop. I don't even see a vest!
