*gasp* You didn't include "Dr. Strangelove"! I'm going to assume it's in the "lots more" category... considering it's the greatest movie ever made, and all that.

I first saw "Monty Python and the Holy Grail" with my grandfather. Until then, I thought the British didn't even have a sense of humor. I think he'd have loved "Fawlty Towers", but I never got around to telling him about it. Still, no one can mention British comedy without me thinking of him. He wasn't British, but he was intelligent enough to appreciate their humor. Or is that humour?

Oh yeah Dr. Strangleove is up there as well as most Peter Seller's movies.

Brit humor is the best. I'll risk ridicule by saying I like Mr Bean and Benny Hill too.

very good choice. In the western series, I love all the spaghetti westerns with Clint Eastwood, especially the Good, the Bad and the Ugly and For a Fistful of Dollars. I am surprised not to see the original star wars trilogy too, but granted it is not everyone's favorite film ever. I think I am still fond of it because it reminds me of great times. It helped me bond with my brother and my father.
